Age UK – Fred’s World

We are delighted to have worked alongside Consider for this gem of an advert for Age UK.  Launching in time for the World Cup 2022, the film follows Fred and his wife as they watch the World Cup across multiple decades, spanning 1966 to present day.  The advert highlights how isolated a person’s life becomes as you get older and the loved ones we lose along the way.  It was a real joy to work on the project from pre to post-production and it allowed us to work with some truly talented crew across the two day shoot.

Age UK have highlighted that 1.2 million older people in the UK struggle with loneliness.  We hope this advert can make strides to reduce that figure and allow older people to feel supported and loved, especially around the Christmas period.
